Original Pre 1940 Dutch army bugle

This beautiful pre-1940 Dutch Army bugle is an early and authentic example of the military signal instruments used by the Royal Netherlands Army before the Second World War.
The instrument is made of copper, features the Dutch coat of arms on the bell, and is clearly marked with “1902” and the name of the supplier M.J.H. Kessels – Tilburg, a well-known manufacturer of wind instruments for both civilian and military use.
The bugle is fitted with its original dark green cord and tassel.
A wonderful addition for collectors of early 20th-century Dutch military equipment and uniform accessories!

Originele Pre 1940 Nederlands leger hoorn 

Deze prachtige pre-1940 Nederlandse legerhoorn is een vroeg en authentiek voorbeeld van militaire signaalinstrumenten zoals gebruikt door het Koninklijk Nederlands Leger vóór de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Het instrument is vervaardigd uit koper, draagt het Nederlandse wapen op de beker en is duidelijk gemarkeerd met “1902” en de naam van de leverancier M.J.H. Kessels – Tilburg, een bekende producent van blaasinstrumenten voor civiel en militair gebruik. De hoorn is uitgerust met het originele, donker­groene koord en kwast.
Een prachtige aanvulling voor verzamelaars van Nederlandse militaire uitrusting en uniformaccessoires uit de vroege 20e eeuw!
