A German NSDAP Gesundheitspass (health pass), issued by the Hauptamt für Volksgesundheit der NSDAP in the 1930s.
This example belonged to Heinrich Konrads, born in 1907 in Stolberg, who worked as a Walzwerksarbeiter (rolling mill worker).
The document contains personal details, address information, and stamps from medical examinations, including a comprehensive health check from May 1938.

Dit exemplaar behoorde toe aan Heinrich Konrads, geboren in 1907 in Stolberg, die werkzaam was als walzwerksarbeiter (walserijarbeider).
