The Nationale Jeugdstorm (NJS) was a Dutch youth organization that existed from 1934 to 1945 and was closely connected to the National Socialist Movement (NSB).
The organization was intended as a counterpart to the Boy Scouts and focused on young people between the ages of 10 and 18.
Within the Jeugdstorm, young people were trained in discipline, physical education, order, and obedience.
In addition, propaganda played a major role: members were raised with the ideology and symbolism of National Socialism.
Characteristic were the uniforms and the participation in marches, sports days, and summer camps.

Kenmerkend waren de uniformen en de deelname aan marsen, sportdagen en zomerkampen.
