It announces a rally with Gebietsführer Fr. Langer, who also held positions in the Reich Youth Leadership and the German Labour Front.
The flyer calls on the public to attend en masse the opening of the Reich Vocational Competition and the “ceremonial hour of the German youth.”

Deze Duitse Hitlerjugend flyer is in goede conditie en werd gebruikt in de stad Fulda en was gericht op jonge arbeiders.
Ze kondigt een bijeenkomst aan met Gebietsführer Fr. Langer, die ook functies had binnen de Reichsjugendführung en de Deutsche Arbeitsfront.
De flyer roept de bevolking op massaal aanwezig te zijn bij de opening van de Reichsberufswettkampf (nationaal beroepsvaardighedenconcours) en de “Feierstunde der deutschen Jugend”.
