Original WWII Waffen-SS ‘Der Führer’ death card – Moscow (Russia)

The death card is in good condition and belonged to German SS officer Alons Mauer who served in the  Waffen-SS regiment ‘Der Führer’.
During the heavy fighting on the Eastern Front (near Moscow) he was killed in action on 19 November 1941.
Alons Mauer received the Iron Cross 2nd class and the Assault badge.
Interesting detail, on the photo he is wearing the Allgemeine SS uniform.
He was born in Illerich (kreis Kochem) on 20 November 1914.

Origineel WWII Duits Waffen-SS regiment ‘Der Führer’ bidprentje – Moskou  

Het bidprentje is in een goede staat en behoorde tot de Duitse SS officier Alons Mauer welke in het SS regiment ‘Der Führer’ diende.
Hij sneuvelde tijdens de zware gevechten aan het Oostfront (vlak voor Moskou) op 19 november 1941.
Alons Mauer ontving het IJzeren kruis 2de klasse en de sturmabzeichen.
Een interessant detail, op de foto draagt hij zijn Allgemeine SS uniform.
Hij werd geboren op 20 november 1914 in Illerich (Kreis Kochem).
Een bijzonder bidprentje voor de militaria of Tweede Wereldoorlog collectie!
