De verrekijker is in een gebruikte maar prima conditie en werd geproduceerd voor het Rode Leger in 1941.
Deze verrekijker is vermoedelijk buitgemaakt door Duitse troepen omdat men geprobeerd heeft om het Russische symbool te verwijderen.
