De PTT (Staatsbedrijf der Posterijen, Telegrafie en Telefonie) armband is in goede conditie en werd gedragen door een Nederlandse postbode tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
De armband is voorzien van vier touwtjes en is gestempeld.
