Original WWII British RAF aircraft oxygen tank

The tank is in used condition and came out on a British crashed aircraft.
It has shrapnel battle damage, probably from German anti-aircraft fire.
The tank used to contain oxygen and it is dated with 1942 and marked with A.M. (Air Ministry).
Measurements: 59 x 14 cm.
A very nice object for the World War II collection!

Originele WWII Britse RAF zuurstof vliegtuig tank

De tank is in een gebruikte staat en is afkomstig uit een gecrasht Brits vliegtuig.
De tank heeft ‘battle damage’, vermoedelijk een scherfgat van Duits luchtafweer geschut.
In deze tank hoorde zuurstof te zitten en hij is gedateerd met 1942 en A.M. Air Ministry.
Afmetingen: 59 x 14 cm.
